Terms of Use

These Terms are a binding agreement between you and Jason Page ("Nanitch," "we," "us") governing your use of the Nanitch app. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms and to our Community Guidelines and Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use Nanitch. By using the app you confirm that you are.

2. What Nanitch is (and isn't)

Nanitch is a directory and community for non-sexual naturism and nature recreation. It is not a dating or hookup service. Content and behavior that is sexual, or that treats the app as a place to solicit sexual contact, is prohibited.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Post nudity or sexually explicit content anywhere in the app.
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against anyone.
• Solicit sexual contact or use the app for hookups or commercial sex.
• Submit spots on private property, or anywhere nudity is illegal, or that endanger others.
• Post false, misleading, or unsafe information.
• Reveal others' private information or "out" anyone.
• Break any applicable law, including local nudity and trespassing laws.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the spots, notes, and other content you create. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content within the app so the service can function. You are responsible for your content and confirm you have the right to post it.

5. Moderation and enforcement

User-submitted content may be reviewed before it appears publicly. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Community Guidelines, at our discretion, to keep the community safe.

6. Locations, legality, and safety — read this

Spot information is provided by our team and by community members and may be inaccurate or out of date. Laws about public nudity and land access vary by location and change over time. You are solely responsible for confirming that a location is legal and safe for you to visit and for conducting yourself lawfully. Nanitch does not guarantee the legality, safety, accuracy, or availability of any spot, event, or user.

7. Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nanitch is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any injury, loss, or legal issue arising from your use of the app, spots, or events, or from interactions with other users.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
