Breitenbush is a very special hot spring. They have built a few natural feeling pools made out of rock. They also have some soaking tubs made out of wood that include a cold plunge. They are very clean; drained and cleaned frequently using cleaning vinegar. The resort has an incredible lodge that serves meals, it was just breakfast and dinner that last time I went, but included ingredients from their garden and was some of the best food I have ever had. This place is sacred and spiritual to many people, treat it with the upmost respect. They have cabins and rooms in the lodge you can rent, as well as some fancy camping tents. I have always felt so safe here; it is one of my safe spots. This is great place to soak for anyone who can give it the respect it deserves. I will note the property was heavily damaged in the wildfire but the lodge and pools survived. All the original cabins burnt down if I understand it right. I have not been able to get myself to return since it was damaged out of grief. My understanding is that the cabins and other lost structures have been rebuilt. Great place to go to heal.

One of the best hot springs imaginable! Beautiful sacred grounds and structures.

Beautiful sacred grounds on a large natural spring with several glorious man made pools. All soaking areas are clothing optional with clothing required elsewhere on the grounds. As it is a wildlife habitat, pets are not permitted anywhere on the grounds, not even in your vehicle.
