Tampa

Open Monday to Thursday 8am to 8pm, Friday 8am to 5pm, Saturday 8am to 4pm, Sunday 10am to 4pm. An infrared light sauna studio booked as 45 minute solo sauna and 15 minute red light sessions. Sold by package or membership: $199 a month unlimited, $629 for 20 sessions, $389 for 10, $169 a month for 8, $129 a month for 4. Showers, towels and parking on site.
Getting there. The spa at Innisbrook Golf Resort, 36750 US Highway 19 North, Palm Harbor, FL 34684. Phone 727-942-5258. Closed Monday; Tuesday and Wednesday 9am to 5pm; Thursday to Saturday 9am to 7pm; Sunday 9am to 4pm. Open to the public as well as resort guests. A Spa Amenity Day Pass is $25 per guest per day and requires being 18 or older. Treatments are booked separately, for example the Florida Sweet Orange Experience at $210 for 80 minutes or $275 for 110.
Saint Petersburg

A single 40 minute sauna session is $35, with a 15 minute cold plunge add-on at $20 and 30 minute red light at $20. Memberships from $30 for one session a month up to $155 a month sauna-unlimited and $255 total-unlimited. You can walk in during open sauna, but if it is at capacity there may be a wait, and private saunas require an appointment. Showers, mats, towels and parking on site. The venue does not publish opening hours.
